Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 6am-6pm

Pay Rate: £16.59 p/h (£34,818 per annum)

Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work

We are looking for Road Testers to join our client’s team in Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidates to secure long-term positions with one of the UK’s leading automotive companies.

The Role:

• Performing oil changes.
• Checking and topping up fluids as necessary.
• Inspecting keys, tyres, wipers, interior, and exterior lights.
• Conducting under bonnet visual checks.
• Verifying wheel nuts.
• Conducting a 10/15-minute road test on public roads.

The Person:

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• At least 25 years of age (this is for insurance purposes).
• Previous experience working within a similar role.
• Ideally have a Level 2 Vehicle Technician qualification or have experience as a Service Technician.
• Reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Able to carry out the work to a high standard.
• Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
