Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

Pay Rate: £17 p/h

Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Igloo is looking for Tyre Fitters to join our client’s team in Chipping Warden, these roles offer the successful candidates the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after an initial temporary period with a market leading automotive company who has operations throughout the UK.

The Role:

• Within this role you will be responsible for changing a range of tyres from different vehicles.
• Checking tyres replacing or repairing faulty tyres
• Balancing and re-aligning wheels
• Helping to prepare wheels for alloy wheel refurbishment
• You will need to be experienced and comfortable in using the appropriate tools and be confident of working with all makes and model of vehicles and tyres.

What kind of person we are looking for?

• Able to carry out the work to a high standard
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to use own initiative and common sense
• Must hold a full driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
• Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player
