We are delighted to be working with a well-established and leading online retailer to recruit a Buying Assistant to join the Buying team.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop a career in Purchasing.
Responsibilities include:
- Order and return samples, liaise with suppliers
- Organise photo shoots and samples for selection
- Assist in resolving any quality issues, liaising with customer service and the warehouse team
- Accurately record information on Excel spreadsheets
- Assist in writing product descriptions for the website
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail
- Administration experience
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Driving license and car due to rural location
This role is a full time, hybrid position, with the ability to slit working from the office in Chalgrove, and from home (flexibility required during busy periods)
