Head Chef salary - Up to £60k
We have a wonderful opportunity for a experienced hotel chef in Kent. As head chef you will manage a well established team in delivering excellent food service throughout the operation. The hotel excels in banqueting and events, so this is an area the head chef must know well. We are looking for strong communicator who can hit the ground running and make an instant impact at the property.
There are some exciting projects ahead and as so the head chef will be heavily involved in them to ensure the process goes smoothly. You will be highly organised, have a great understanding of costings, health & safety, GP and menu development.
