Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a caring environment? We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at our well-established nursing home in New Eltham, specializing in elderly and dementia care.
Role Details:- Shifts: 8AM - 8PM (Days) or 8PM - 8AM (Nights)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
- Location: New Eltham
- Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting residents with dementia in a person-centered approach
- Promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and companionship
- Working closely with the nursing team to ensure the best care
- Previous experience in a care role (preferred but not essential)
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to undergo training and development
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50
