- Organising and Negotiating:Â Keeping everything running smoothly and negotiating settlements.
- Documenting:Â Preparing and handling all necessary paperwork and correspondence.
- Processing new claim notifications and investigating cases (like Salvage, Recovery, and General).
- Reviewing and assessing cases to provide guidance.
- Collecting and organising documents for submission to various parties.
- Monitoring the progress of cases and legal deadlines.
- Negotiating settlements based on legal and commercial terms.
- Ensuring top-notch service to our clients.
- Helping with marketing efforts for the department and company.
- Keeping our systems updated in a 'paper-light' environment.
- Building strong working relationships with industry professionals.
- A recent graduate with an undergraduate degree or equivalent, Law degree will be beneficial but not essential.
- Someone who’s organised and good at managing their time.
- A persuasive communicator, both in writing and speaking.
- A negotiator who can think on their feet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A team player who can also work independently.
