Multi Trader (House Refurbs, Extensions & Loft Conversions)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team, specialising in house refurbishments, extensions, and loft conversions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile tradesperson who takes pride in their craftsmanship and has a solid track record of working on residential projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out full refurbishments of residential properties and finishing works.
- Carry out internal works such as plastering, drylining, partitioning, and ceiling installation.
- Perform plumbing tasks including installing and repairing pipes, sinks, toilets, and general bathroom and kitchen plumbing.
- Install and repair floors, including tiling, laminate, and hardwood.
- Conduct carpentry tasks such as door hanging, skirting, and architrave fitting.
- Handle painting and decorating tasks to a professional standard.
- Ensure all work complies with building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Maintain a high level of finishing quality in refurbishments, extensions, and loft conversions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader, with expertise in house refurbishments, extensions, and loft conversions.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Own tools and reliable transport (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in building or construction trades (advantageous).
- Plumbing, Carpentry background but not essential.
