Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency in Chislehurst, is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their customer-focused team. If you are passionate about property sales and delivering excellent customer service, this role could be ideal for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, building strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring successful transactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients throughout the buying/selling process
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in property sales or a customer-focused role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, target-driven approach with a commitment to excellent customer care
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
What’s On Offer:
- Basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £25,000 - £35,000
