Do you have experience leading a team in a fast moving business?
A well established business in the fresh produce sector are looking for new talent to come in and manage their teams to oversee operations in the glasshouse.
The business will not only care about you and your progression but also have a keen focus on the environment, improving sustainability constantly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise operatives to complete their daily and weekly tasks
- Lead and motivate the team through recognition and open communication
- Assist in setting productivity targets
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Continuously monitor quality for improvement
About you
You will be an experienced people manager who is comfortable leading a team and their operations. Ideally, you would have worked in a greenhouse/crop harvesting environment, if not experience within an FMCG business more broadly. You will have practical MS Office skills. Motivating, influential character with strong communication skills.
