Our exclusive client based in Chorley is looking for an experienced Administrator to support their land development team. The administrator will play a key role in maintaining project documents, tracking deadlines, communicating with stakeholders and supporting the wider teams strategic goals.

Duties include:

  • Providing day to day admin support including document management, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, organise and maintain documentation related to land acquisitions, contracts, planning applications and other project arrangements
  • Assisting in preparing presentations, reports and briefing documents for stakeholders
  • Attend and minute monthly meetings, promptly distributing the meeting minutes
  • Identify process improvements and support the team in implementing admin efficiencies

You need to be highly organised as you will be expected to track project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. You need to be a confident communicator as you will be the primary contact for all stakeholders , who you will speak with daily highlighting any issues with projects and any other tasks relevant to them. The client would like someone who is naturally proactive and who will take ownership of the role.
