Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous experience is a bonus, but we'll consider enthusiastic trainees
- Proven background in telesales or customer service roles
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and telephone tools
- Quick to learn about products/services and communicate them to potential customers
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection
What will your role look like?
- Reach out to potential or existing customers to introduce products/services (initially using scripts)
- Answer customer queries and provide information about the company
- Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and close sales
- Update and maintain customer records in the database
- Accurately process orders and ensure follow-up for future sales
- Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
