Are you the right person for the job?

  • Previous experience is a bonus, but we'll consider enthusiastic trainees
  • Proven background in telesales or customer service roles
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and telephone tools
  • Quick to learn about products/services and communicate them to potential customers
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection

What will your role look like?

  • Reach out to potential or existing customers to introduce products/services (initially using scripts)
  • Answer customer queries and provide information about the company
  • Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and close sales
  • Update and maintain customer records in the database
  • Accurately process orders and ensure follow-up for future sales
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
