Planner / Senior Planner
Location: Chorley

A well-established property investment and development company is looking for a Planner or Senior Planner to join their dynamic Land Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in identifying development opportunities, managing planning applications, and engaging with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and submitting planning applications for residential and mixed-use developments
  • Identifying and assessing new land opportunities
  • Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Keeping up to date with planning policies and legislative changes
  • Supporting the wider team in delivering development projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning, ideally within residential or mixed-use development
  • Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and policy framework
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • RTPI qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
