Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Trainee Business Development Sales Executive who will play a key role in expanding our client's customer base, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales revenue.

Based in Chorley

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Maintain and manage a customer portfolio through strategic offers and ethical sales methods to ensure profitability.

* Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs to effectively tailor solutions.

* Timely handle and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate communication channels.

* Coordinate product procurement according to customer specifications and company protocols.

* Promote internal collaboration to optimize service quality, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. * Resolve customer and supplier issues, including financial matters, with tact and efficiency.

* Represent the company at customer meetings and presentations, maintaining professionalism at all times.

* Monitor and analyze market and customer trends, providing timely reports to support strategic decisions.

* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand customer base and revenue streams.

* Promote the company's offerings to prospective customers to ensure a consistent and professional image.

* Monitor competitor activities and gather information to remain market leaders.

* Collaborate with global business units to leverage sales opportunities and maximize company revenue.

* Ensure meticulous completion of all administrative sales tasks within specified deadlines.

* Regularly update and maintain the customer database to ensure accuracy and relevance.

* Develop and implement account planning strategies as needed to support business goals.

* Participate in industry events and functions for networking and effective representation of the company. Qualifications:

* Passion for Sales: You are passionate about sales and have ideally gained some initial experience, preferably in customer service.

* Communication Skills: You are a communication expert and excel in both verbal and written communication.

* Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: You are a self-starter and approach challenges with motivation and focus.

* Team Player: You are a true team player and prioritize team goals over personal interests.

* Fluent English skills are essential for this position.
