Our client is a leading brand of innovative FMCG products and are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join their dynamic team to aid in customer orders and enquiries.
25-30 hours per week
12 month contract
The Role
- Process product replacement requests and ensure adequate stock
- Process orders and monitor order progression
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of their products
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

The Candidate
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience with order processing/SAP
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience with a shared mailbox desirable
