Sonic Summary

Our client, a leading brand in innovative FMCG products, is seeking a Sales Order Processor to assist with customer orders and inquiries.
The position offers 25-30 hours per week on a 12-month contract, with a salary of £27k-£28k (Pro-Rata).
Candidates should have previous experience in customer service and order processing, preferably with SAP.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and shared mailboxes is desirable for applicants.

The Role

Process product replacement requests and ensure adequate stock
Process orders and monitor order progression
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of their products
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

The Candidate

Previous experience in a customer service role
Previous experience with order processing/SAP
Experience in Microsoft Office
Experience with a shared mailbox desirable
