My client, a market-leading business based in Chorley are currently on the lookout for a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team, initially on a 12 month FTC basis.

In this role you will support with the following:

  • Coaching Managers in relation to all areas of HR people and policy advice
  • Upskilling Managers across the business
  • Leading on performance and absence reviews
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Updating the HR system and producing reports with analytics for Management
  • Supporting on a variety of HR projects
  • Taking responsibility for internal communications
  • Driving a high-performance culture across the business
  • Taking responsibility for internal communications

As well have having relevant experience the successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, able to demonstrate a track record in building effective relationships with stakeholders.
