Goods In Coordinator

We are working with a prestigious client based in Chorley who have been established for over 40 years now. They specialise in bespoke solutions, and also recognise the benefits of utilising and integrating existing technologies. They are specialists in their area and predominately supply to Civil and Defence Nuclear industry. We are currently working with this amazing organisation and looking for highly experienced Goods In Coordinator to join their business.

Key Requirements from the Goods In Coordinator:

  • Experience in goods-in/stock control or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Experience of inspection on received goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders and specifications
  • Ability to label raw materials and bought-out items and identify storage locations
  • Problem-solving abilities to address issues related to incoming shipments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge in the use of Excel/Word

The successful Good In Coordinator will be dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Hours of work Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm and Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
