Commercial Manager - Nuclear
Chorley (Hybrid)

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to undertake and lead commercial operational activities on multiple nuclear projects across the UK.


Role Overview: As a member of the Commercial Team, you will lead commercial operations for our Consultancy & Civil Nuclear Business Units. Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Provide commercial support, manage resources, and oversee recruitment. Engage stakeholders, lead meetings, and drive team improvements.
  • Commercial & Contract Management: Support Project Managers with NEC contracts, review agreements, and ensure high standards in commercial processes.
  • Upstream & Downstream Management: Oversee contract reviews, manage subcontract strategies, and provide commercial advice to Project Managers.
  • Bid Support: Assist with bid preparation, contract reviews, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or professional accreditation (Essential).
  • Strong understanding of NEC Contracts (Essential).
  • Experience in commercial/contract roles and project management basics (Essential).
  • Skills in bid writing and contract drafting (Desirable).
