National Sales Executive
Our client, a well-established national manufacturing company, is looking to recruit an ambitious, articulate, and efficient National Sales Executive to ensure that the sales goals across all regions are achieved.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:
路 Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its implementation. This can be done by developing action plans for field sales
路 Ensure the successful achievement of the company鈥檚 sales goals across all its regions
路 Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price
路 Oversee company鈥檚 sales performance at regional levels
路 Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation
路 Keep current with demand and supply of company鈥檚 products/services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors
路 Discipline employees when necessary
路 Establish personal networks across all regions
路 Recruit and train sales employees for effective delivery
路 Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities
Experience within a B2B sales role and a background within the food and/or drink or hospitality sector would be desirable. The ability to demonstrate excellent sales and negotiation skills are essential alongside a strong disposition, corporate outlook and professional telephone manner. A good understanding of IT processes, CRM systems and experience with digital campaigns or marketing platforms/services together with a business degree or similar qualification could be beneficial.
A current driving licence is also essential as the role as this role can involve client visits.
