An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled CNC Miller to join a dynamic engineering team in the Preston/Chorley area. The company specialises in precision engineering across various sectors, including nuclear, aerospace, and oil and gas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse and collaborative environment and likes to be challenged.
Pay- 17.71
Hours- Mon-Thurs 07:30 - 16:00 Early finish on Friday
The Role- If you have conversational programming experience that is also an advantage
- You will be required to set operate and programme a CNC Milling machines
- Machining a variety of different components
- Must be able to quality check own work
- Due to the type of work, you will have excellent tooling knowledge and the ability to ensure cutting strategy suits high volume production.
To be considered for this role you will have NVQ or equivalent qualifications.
In return you'll receive an hourly rate of 17.71, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, pension contribution as well as on going personal development
