I have been asked to find a Contracts Manager for my client based in Lancashire.
They are an already successful business and are looking for someone who can assist in taking the company to the next level.Â
Specialising in both commercial and residential groundworks/Civil Engineering packages they would like to increase market exposure and turnover of their existing client base and would also like to attract new clients to their business.
This is a smaller regional business turning over a couple of million pounds but they are keen to grow this on a steady and sustainable basis.
The current opportunity would suit a candidate who already has a successful track record in the groundworks/Civil Engineering contracting sector who would like to join a business where your input will make a visible difference- rewards both financially and career wise will reflect your success in the role.
The salary and package are negotiable and this depends on relevant experience and future potential/your requirements.
You could have either a trades or degree background- the key is experience and industry contacts/relationships.
