An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ALM Reporting Manager to join a reputable financial services organisation in Lancashire. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to contribute to the Treasury and Finance function on an 18 month contract.

Description

Prepare Treasury ALM reporting for ALCo and regulatory returns in compliance with accounting, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct cashflow and funding forecasting and monitoring, supporting derivative dealings as per the Board's FRMP.

Assist in monthly Management Accounts preparation, particularly for credit losses and key performance MI.

Lead the preparation of ALM reports, including Mismatch, GAP, Interest Rate Sensitivity, Basis Risk, and Derivative reports.

Prepare monthly Loss provisioning and EIR journals.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of smaller regulatory returns in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Assist in the preparation of the Society's Annual Report and Accounts and Summary Financial Statement.

Maintain a log of reporting requirements, deadlines, and submissions for ALCo review.

Contribute to balance sheet risk management, including IIRRBB and related reports.

Ensure robust systems and controls are maintained for Treasury reporting and cash flow forecasting.

Profile

A background in Treasury reporting or Financial reporting (ALM)

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Relevant qualification such as ACT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CertBalm or other (part qualified candidates will also be considered)

Job Offer

A salary bracket of 65,00- 85,000.

A generous pension scheme with a 10% contribution.

26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

1 day per week in the office
