  • As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the customer service and sales team.
  • Working collaboratively across multiple departments, dealing with customer queries and actioning efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You will also handle diary management, meeting arrangements and expense requests.
  • Assist with any additional project administration support as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience within Administration or Customer Service Administration is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Packages, in-house and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing, are crucial.
  • You should be able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively, remain calm under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
