What you'll be doing - Customer Service and Sales Advisor:
Using your Customer Service skills to connect with potential clients over the phone
Upselling and qualifying leads for the sales team
Passing on qualified leads to the Sales Executives for immediate follow-up
Keeping accurate records and staying on top of your targets to earn those weekly bonuses
Who we're looking for - - Customer Service and Sales Advisor:
Someone with great Customer Service skills who enjoys building rapport
Confident with Sales and Upselling – turning potential customers into qualified leads
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to meet targets
Basic computer skills and previous experience in customer-facing roles are a bonus
