Our client is a leading brand of innovative FMCG products and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team and help them to provide outstanding service to their loyal customers.
Hybrid role- 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
8:30-5pm Monday to Friday.
The Role
- Respond to consumer enquiries via email, telephone, post, and Social Media
- Record consumer contracts
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of their products
- Process product replacement requests and ensure stock levels are always maintained
- Processing and monitoring orders

The Candidate
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a contact centre role would be desirable but not required
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in another European language is desirable but not required
