What You’ll Do:
- Be the Leader: Provide operational leadership during the service's development phase and ongoing delivery. You’ll dynamically manage transitions between Chorley and current placements, ensuring nothing but the best for our tenant.
- Set Standards: Ensure that excellence is the norm through exceptional service delivery and a high quality of life for our tenant. You’ll lead a dedicated team, engage closely with families, and inspire those around you.
- Utilize Your Expertise: With your experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, you will be a driving force behind assessment, support planning, and implementing effective communication and behavioral strategies.
What We Need From You:
- Proven experience leading teams in supported living and working with individuals with complex needs.
- Strong skills in assessment and support planning.
- Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written.
- A hands-on approach that allows you to mentor and role model effectively for your team.
- A relevant social care qualification (RNLD, BASW, DipSW, Diploma Level 5) is essential.
- A clean driving license and access to a vehicle is a must!
