We have an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist Nuclear Engineering business who design, manufacture and install plant and equipment.

Working4 days a week Mon - Thurs, 9.5 hours per day with extra hours available on Fridays, you'll be in the office just 2 of those.

With roles at various levels EC&I Engineer, Senior EC&I Engineer and Principal EC&I Engineer, if you've got experience in either the Nuclear or Defence industry, this would be an excellent opportunity for a long term contract with a business who have an order book that continues throughout 2025!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce engineering drawings such as block cable diagrams, schematic diagrams, and cable routing designs.
  • Develop engineering documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals and test documentation.
  • Carry out engineering calculations, including cable and safety instrumented system calculations.
  • Design and develop software for PLC and SCADA control systems.
  • Conduct trials and testing, ensuring all activities adhere to project specifications and safety standards.


In return you'll receive a base salary of between 38 -60 (ltd or umbrella) per hour depending on experience. Nuclear or Defence background essential.
