Our Chorley based client are looking to appoint a Senior IFA Administrator / Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client is keen to hear from experienced administrator's looking to progress into management, or an IFA administrator team leader looking for a new challenge.

Duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of administrators
  • Allocation of work to the wider team
  • Lead weekly team meetings to manage workloads
  • Point of contact for team queries
  • Carry out staff members quarterly KPI & one to ones
  • Various IFA Administrative duties

The candidate:

  • Experience managing / training junior team members (desirable)
  • IFA/ financial planning administration experience (essential)
  • Experience of using Intelligent Office (desirable)
  • knowledge of provider platforms
  • Highly organised
