About the Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of teachers
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Supporting students with their learning and engagement
- Following school policies and liaising with staff
- Experience working with young people (education, coaching, mentoring, or youth work)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for education and inspiring students
