ASC Teaching Assistant - Chorley:

Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced ASC Teaching Assistant to work in an excellent primary school in Chorley supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1-1 basis. For this role a calm and resilient manner is essential as some students can display challenging behaviours. Previous experience working within a similar environment would be highly desirable.

You will be working in small groups or on a 1-1 basis to support pupils with SEN, in particular Autism.

  • Minimum rate of pay: 90 per day depending on experience

Role Requirements:

  • DBS (clean and relevant) - Can be obtained through Prospero Teaching if needed
  • Safeguarding Certificate
  • Prevent Awareness Certificate
  • Excellent Communication Skills
