H9 Human Resources are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract. Based in Chorley, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers and employees.
  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring all requests and records are handled accurately and confidentially.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents for new hires.
  • Administer pre-employment checks, inductions, and exit interviews.
  • Assist with payroll documentation and employee changes.
  • Support ongoing HR projects and process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a relevant qualification.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High levels of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is desirable.
