- Working across the Retail Energy teams to review activities and ensure the most cost-efficient is used
- Supporting SLA and Service Delivery through process improvements and product enhancements
- Provide operational advice, resulting in best practice implementation
- Identify service delivery improvements within Retail Energy
- Preparing achievements against key deliverables and effectively managing conflicting priorities
- Coaching stakeholders through workshops to maximise industry knowledge
- Proven experience with relevant operational experience within Energy or Utilities sector
- Management of others including setting clear direction and delegating of tasks
- Responding flexibly to Retail Energy contract issues and identifying solutions and improvements
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
