Your new companyThis well-established company, which was created before 2000, is currently seeking a Property Helpdesk Administrator to join the team. They are a medium-sized business based in Chorley, own 250 properties throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and provide impeccable service to all their customers and clients. The successful candidate will be working within a welcoming team of 4.Your new role

  • Working hours are Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:15, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Assisting with all aspects of day-to-day administration.
  • Providing support and updates to field-based members of the team, tenants and contractors.
  • Co-ordinate responses to tenants / BDMs / Property Managers / Operational Directors relating to Helpdesk activities and statutory compliance.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and acting as a point of contact for Tenants, Property Managers and Contractors.
  • Logging and handling calls effectively and efficiently, utilising excellent customer service skills.
  • Checking all health and safety documentation and ensuring it is correct.
  • Updating customers regularly and ensuring a thorough process is followed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in Administration and Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ensuring documents are thoroughly checked.
  • Confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work in an organised and timely manner.
  • The ability to maintain and nurture relationships.
  • A can-do attitude and drive to progress within the company.
