Key responsibilities:
- Conduct daily checks on client billing and industry charge data
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients
- Investigate energy data and review cases to identify variances
- Analyse faults and provide detailed reports
- Maintain effective and clear communication with clients
- Process information accurately using in-house systems
Skills and experience required:
- Graduate in Mathematics, IT, or a related discipline, or a young energy professional
- Advanced Excel skills are essential; SQL and database experience are desirable
- Must be energetic with the ability to sustain focus and concentration
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capable of prioritising workload to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Proficient and professional in email communication
