Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily checks on client billing and industry charge data
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients
  • Investigate energy data and review cases to identify variances
  • Analyse faults and provide detailed reports
  • Maintain effective and clear communication with clients
  • Process information accurately using in-house systems

Skills and experience required:

  • Graduate in Mathematics, IT, or a related discipline, or a young energy professional
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential; SQL and database experience are desirable
  • Must be energetic with the ability to sustain focus and concentration
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of prioritising workload to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Proficient and professional in email communication
