Your new companyThis Lancashire law firm is going through an exciting time of growth and is currently seeking a qualified solicitor, CILEX or licenced conveyancer with 2+ years PQE who demonstrates a real passion for residential conveyancing work to join a well established and busy team. Your new roleThis residential conveyancing position will see you confidently manage a busy caseload of property transactions including purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties. What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be 2+ PQE or equivalent. You will have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will be able to confidently manage a range of residential conveyancing transactions.
