The role requires someone to manage the Gas team to meet required performance levels and service levels. This is a fast-paced role that will suit someone who is used to working to close targets and deadlines. Key duties includes:

Communicating performance statistics and ensuring development and training plans are in place for all customer advisors
Aiding with all project meetings as and when required and completing industry related test activities to agreed timescales
Managing and planning resource deployment within the Gas team
Achieving all SLAs and operating plans
