Are you an Operations Manager with a commercial plumbing/heating background, or an Engineer with people management experience, seeking to advance your career and contribute to the success of an established, growing company?

This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skillset while leaving a lasting impact at a well-established company. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial plumbing/heating and be eager to take on a dynamic, varied role.

This established company are going from strength to strength, covering a wide range of plumbing, heating, and mechanical works. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their management team.

In this role, you will oversee project delivery, leading a team of highly skilled installers while fostering client engagement and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for managing various tasks, including site operations, business development, and estimation/pricing activities.

This role would suit an Operations Manager, or Experienced Engineer, looking to expand your skillset and progress into a more office-based role, where you will play an integral role in ensuring companies success.

The role

  • Office based with frequent site visits (around the North West)
  • Monday to Friday, usual hours of 08:00 to 17:00
  • Oversee day to day operations, including overseeing mechanical works, team management, client engagement and pricing/estimation
  • Company car/car allowance
