The Opportunity:Â We are now recruiting for a Site Engineering Manager, reporting to the Construction Manager. The Site Manager is responsible for managing sites and Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil site teams. This includes planning for mobilization, coordination of contractor and staff site inductions, and ensuring necessary welfare, documentation, and plant are in place to ensure site works commence on time and are adequately resourced in line with project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Minimum Requirements:
- HNC/HND qualified in a technical or engineering discipline.
- Formal Site Management qualification (CSCS Black or equivalent).
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
- EMSS Safety Passport qualification.
- Knowledge of COSHH.
- Experience producing key site documents such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Lift Plans.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
