Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their management team.In this role, you will oversee project delivery, leading a team of highly skilled installers while fostering client engagement and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for managing various tasks, including site operations, business development, and estimation/pricing activities.This role would suit an Operations Manager, or Experienced Engineer, looking to expand your skillset and progress into a more office-based role, where you will play an integral role in ensuring companies success.The role

• Office based with frequent site visits (around the North West)
• Monday to Friday, usual hours of 08:00 to 17:00
• Oversee day to day operations, including overseeing mechanical works, team management, client engagement and pricing/estimation
• Company car/car allowance
