About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator with a strong customer focus to join a small but busy office in the construction sector. If you thrive in a role where you’re on the phones a lot, have excellent communication skills, and can handle tasks independently, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities- Handling customer calls - strong telephone skills required
- Raising purchase orders
- Using Xero (experience preferred but not essential)
- General admin duties to support the team
- Background in the construction sector (preferred)
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a small team
