We’re looking for a proactive Office Administrator with a strong customer focus to join a small but busy office in the construction sector. If you thrive in a role where you’re on the phones a lot, have excellent communication skills, and can handle tasks independently, this could be the perfect fit.

  • Handling customer calls - strong telephone skills required
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Using Xero (experience preferred but not essential)
  • General admin duties to support the team
