Your new companyHays are regularly looking to supply KS2 teachers in Primary Schools across Chorley and surrounding areas to assist in covering classes across KS2. We are working exclusively with these primary schools and have seen the demand increase for locally-based Primary School Teachers. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to choose where and when they work, allowing you to build good relationships with schools across the area. It is perfect for someone wanting to get back into teaching, just starting out in teaching or to take the stress away from managing your own class.Your new roleIn this role, you will be responsible for covering various KS2 classes and, in most cases, you will be delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring pupils are fully engaged. You should be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the pupils. You should be confident in building relationships with both staff and pupils. This is a great role to broaden your experience working in various schools and year groups and to expand your knowledge.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, hold qualified teacher status (QTS) gained in the UK. You should be enthusiastic, approachable and be able to hit the ground running.
