Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary School Teacher looking for flexible working opportunities? We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Supply Teacher's to register with Tradewind Recruitment to support our schools and academies across Chorley, Leyland and Standish. As a supply teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across the area, stepping in for absent staff and supporting students in their learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering lessons and ensuring a high standard of teaching.
  • Providing a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for all students.
  • Collaborating with staff to ensure continuity and a smooth learning experience.
  • Adapting teaching strategies to suit the diverse needs of students.
  • Promoting the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to their education.
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and work effectively as part of a team.
