Your new companyA Year 4 class teacher is required for a school within the Chorley area that Hays has worked with for a number of years. This school is looking for someone on a full-time basis and the position will start from February Half Term through until May Half Term with the potential for this to be extended until Summer.The school ensures all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential. This school is seeking applications from candidates with experience in a Year 4 classroom who can showcase their skill and subject knowledge within such year group, whilst holding strong behaviour management skills.Your new roleIn this role you will be expected to come in and hit the ground running and really make an impact on the pupils. This role is on a full-time basis and will be suited to those who have a passion for primary school teaching. The school will be looking for somebody who is adaptable and interested in teaching a class of different abilities. You should be confident in building strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents as communication is key in this role. You will be taking on the full responsibility of this class and will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to ensure pupils are developing their skills and knowledge.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children and hold strong behaviour management skills. Subject leadership would be an added benefit in this role, but not essential. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
