H9 Human Resources are working with a leading national business, to find them a Sales Development Representative.

You will be part of a dynamic team driving new business for the Company. You will be responsible for your own sales pipeline by successfully sourcing potential new customers and making calls to secure their business. If you enjoy creating engaging conversations, asking the correct questions, and managing your own workload in line with company KPIs - this is the role for you.

This is the perfect role for anyone looking for a break-out role in the sales/corporate world!

Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers and key decision makers
  • Managing and maintain your own sales pipeline
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Manage email correspondence
  • Working to achieve individual, team and department level KPI's
  • Creating quality appointments through appropriate questioning and objection handling

The following are advantageous qualifications:

  • Making and taking phone calls in a professional and business focussed manner
  • Previous admin experience - you will need to ensure your calls are logged and files are kept up to date
  • Experience working in a sales/customer service environment
  • Previous experience hitting target KPIS
  • Good literacy skills - you will be expected to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

The role will be offering up to £15.05ph and has the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week for a minimum of 2 months.
