Thorn Baker is currently working with an award winning regional commercial contractor covering a variety of new build and refurbishment projects across the Oxfordshire region. With a growing portfolio and 2025 looking like their busiest year yet they are looking for a Project Manager to support them on a variety of projects across Health care, Education and Commercial projects to name a few. Â

Your Responsibilities:
- Sequence and organize the program of works, ensuring optimal work flow and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various managers to ensure alignment and effective execution of project tasks.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members to facilitate coordination and collaboration.
Required Skills:
- SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar project management position
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools
- Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor
