Panoramic Associates is excited to be working exclusively with Endeavour Learning Trust to recruit a Principal Educational Psychologist based in Euxton, Chorley, Lancashire. What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, SENCOs, and families to address diverse learning and behavioral needs.
  • Provide expert assessments and interventions, fostering positive outcomes for students.
  • Develop tailored strategies for emotional well-being and academic success.
  • Offer guidance to school teams, equipping them to deliver therapeutic interventions and inclusive practices.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of child development, trauma, and attachment theories.
  • Experience delivering outcomes-focused therapy to children and families.
  • Significant experience participating in multi-agency planning and safeguarding processes, including Early Help, Child in Need, and Child Protection.
  • Knowledge of SEND, relevant legislation, and best practices in educational psychology.
  • Experience managing or contributing to educational psychology services (desirable).
