Our client are an award-winning leader in the UK property and construction industry specialising in construction, civil engineering, facilities management, and property development.

They are looking to recruit a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join their business.

As Pre-Construction Project Manager, your role will include:

  • Oversee the bid management process, including decisions on bid/no-bid, tender evaluations, and submission of competitive proposals.
  • Work with business development teams to identify new project opportunities.
  • Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and scope analysis for potential projects.
  • Manage the procurement process, including selecting subcontractors, preparing packages, and analyzing tenders.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for proposed projects.
  • Coordinate with design teams, clients, and stakeholders during the pre-construction phase.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement pre-construction processes and procedures.
  • Participate in client presentations, interviews, and meetings as required.
  • Facilitate a smooth handover to the project delivery team upon contract award.
