Unite People is a Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist. Our client has secured a number of infrastructure projects in the North West. Due to the variety of projects on site and in the pipeline. Our client can accommodate either a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, to be part of the existing commercial team. The Opportunity
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be part of a larger commercial team. Reporting to a Commercial Manager and ultimately a Commercial Director
Day to day
- Identification and procurement of sub-contractors
- Issuing sub-contractor payment certificates
- Maintaining commercial controls on projects
- Cost reporting and cost to complete
- Close liaison and collaborative team work with the project team and supply chain
- Attend meetings with supply chain and internal teams
You
- A relevant qualification in the Construction/ Civil Engineering industry preferred
- Demonstrable working knowledge in a Quantity Surveyor capacity
- Civil Engineering project experience
