They predominately operate within the Education, Health, Industrial and Commercial sectors with work secured predominately via repeat business and frameworks.

They are now recruiting for a Senior QS to join their team and work on projects across the North West.

As the Senior QS, your role will involve:

  • Cost control and value management strategies.
  • Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
  • Manage cash flow.
  • Manage subcontractor payments.
  • Provide guidance on contractual issues.
  • Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
