Residential Conveyancer

- Up to £45k dependent on experience

Our client is an established, multi-discipline firm with offices across the North West. They aim to provide excellent client service and always put the client at the centre of what they do. They currently have a large residential property team and are looking to expand this further in multiple locations. Duties

  • Managing a diverse, high volume conveyancing caseload
  • Freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and limited company transactions
  • Adhering to internal and CQS policy and procedures
  • Keeping up to date with legislation and practice
  • Delegating work to the team support
  • Managing and developing an assistant or shared assistant
  • Working with your team leader to identify opportunities to move people where appropriate with the aim of increasing flexibility within the department
  • Maintaining and building good professional working relationships with clients
  • Delivering excellent client service

You

  • You must have at least 2 years’ experience handling a caseload within residential conveyancing
  • You must be able to carry a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception to completion
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Great knowledge of residential conveyancing
  • Client-focused approach
  • Working knowledge of CQS Protocol, UKFML and BSA handbooks

On Offer

  • Annual salary £28,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
