Residential Conveyancer

Our client is an established, multi-discipline firm with offices across the North West. They aim to provide excellent client service and always put the client at the centre of what they do. They currently have a large residential property team and are looking to expand this further in multiple locations. Duties
- Managing a diverse, high volume conveyancing caseload
- Freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership and limited company transactions
- Adhering to internal and CQS policy and procedures
- Keeping up to date with legislation and practice
- Delegating work to the team support
- Managing and developing an assistant or shared assistant
- Working with your team leader to identify opportunities to move people where appropriate with the aim of increasing flexibility within the department
- Maintaining and building good professional working relationships with clients
- Delivering excellent client service
You
- You must have at least 2 years’ experience handling a caseload within residential conveyancing
- You must be able to carry a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception to completion
- Good interpersonal skills
- Great knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Client-focused approach
- Working knowledge of CQS Protocol, UKFML and BSA handbooks
On Offer
- Annual salary £28,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
- On-boarding and post-completion support
- Hybrid working available after an induction period - 3 days at home, 2 days in the office
